Our brownies are hand-made and hand-finished to a recipe honed to perfection and perfectly rich - we don’t skimp here. After many years working in the fine chocolate industry (you might once have know us as Winchester Fine Chocolates), we’ve learnt that only the best chocolate makes the best brownies, so you won’t find baking chocolate in our kitchen, only fine Belgian couverture.

Each tray is baked to a gooey, chewy texture, and then slathered in your favourite sweet treats. We make sure every mouthful makes you go WOW, whether you like the crispy edges or the soft middles.
